Federal Way Kendo Club
About Us
Federal Way Kendo Club was established in 2009, and was originally the Puyallup Kendo Club. The club has been providing instruction of kendo through the Federal Way parks department. Before the pandemic, our pracices were held at Saghalie Middle School during the school year, and at the community center during the summer. We have now permanently located ourselves in the multipurpose rooms at the center.
Instructors
Our sensei have over 20-40 years of kendo experience. This also includes many years of experience teaching both at the local level and federation level for the Pacific Northwest.
